Condado de Alhama
Condado de Alhama is the largest Polaris World resort to date and will eventually cover 9 million square metres. In will be larger than the other five Polaris World resorts combined! One Jack Nicklaus Signature course is currently under construction and set to open later this year (2009). A further two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, are planned. This resort is a fifteen minute drive from the Mazarron beach and 20 minutes from Corvera International airport. Corvera International is scheduled to open in summer 2010. Meanwhile Murcia (San Javier) airport is just 40 minutes away and Alicante 60 minutes.
Sports facilities include tennis courts, three football pitches, squash courts and paddle courts. There are over 20 swimming pools serving the various apartments.
The first town centre at Condado de Alhama, El Foro is due to open July 2009. The Jack Nicklaus Signature course is expected to be playable by the end of 2009.
The resort is already open with a tapas bar and supermarket serving the Jardines de Alhama apartments.
At present there are some fantastic bargains to be had and it is a great time to buy, just before the facilities and golf opens.

Jardines de Alhama - 2 and 3 bedroom garden apartments.
Naranjos de Alhama - 2 and 3 bedroom garden apartments. Frontline golf "penthouse" style 2 bedroom apartments.
La Isla del Condado - 2 and 3 bedroom apartments on an island in the centre of the resort.
Polaris World has six luxury golf developments in Murcia.
