Polaris Golf Resort El Valle has been built in a Moorish style and is characterised by wide open spaces and breathtaking views. Only 668 homes have been built on the 1,100,000 square metres of the El Valle Golf Resort creating an exclusive environment.
Location of El Valle
The Polaris El Valle Golf Resort is positioned between Banos and Mendigo. It is conveniently located for easy access via Spain's major airports and roads, just 15 minutes from Murcia city centre and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor. El Valle resort is 20 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) airport, 50 minutes from Alicante airport and will be within 15 minutes of the new Corvera international airport opening in 2010.
Services
The impressive club house at El Valle opened in June 2008. There is a restaurant, bar and magnificent views from the terrace as far as the Mar Menor sea. Construction is about to begin on the town centre, expected for completion in 2009.
Golf Course at El Valle
The beautiful golf course at El Valle has been created by Nicklaus Design. It is a professional 18 hole Par 71 golf course which offers all the facilities you might need.
The homes at El Valle
At El Valle you can choose between apartments and three types of villas. Property is of a very high specification often with marble bathroom flooring, fully fitted kitchens, air conditioning, central heating and with pols included for villas. As of mid 2008 we have around 30 properties remaining at El Valle ranging from 170,000 Euros for a two bedroom apartment, to 330,000 Euros for a three bedroom villa with swimming pool. There are also some magnificent 5 bedroom villas available from 1.0 million euros.
Security
Polaris World recognises the importance of security. As a result, a security service operates 24 hours a day with CCTV cameras and strict control of access to the El Valle resort.
